My little cuties

So I know it's been awhile since I have posted but I had to share a few from my own family. Being a mother and a photographer you quickly realize that those precious moments go by so fast. With a blink of an eye or the click of the shutter those moments vanish. So I decided that I would do a quick photo shoot for my own kids. They cooperated for a brief moment only because I told them they could have a cookie at the end. Hey, it worked and I think I will be bringing cookies along on my next shoot!

Dacey Leigh Has Arrived!!!

What more can I say except Dacey Leigh is a little miracle baby. She was born on December 30, 2008 and today had her first photo shoot at 14 days old. She is an absolute beauty. I had to hold back my tears because she is so precious....just like her mommy. I love you both so much and thank you for being in my life and allowing me to take her first pictures. I can't wait to watch the little "diva" grow.

Diaper Cake

So I know this has nothing to do with photography, but I had to post this diaper cake I have been working on for my girlfriend Denise. She is the beautiful brunette who is expecting a girl early January. I have done her maternity pictures and designed her baby shower invites so I had to show off this latest addition.

Tonight we were just playing around outside and I had to share this picture. He just looks so big and handsome. I am so proud of all my boys and each one of them holds a special place in my heart.

Dan and Tracy's Wedding

I had to post these pictures because it was something I did that was completely out of my element. My friend Vince Murdock is a wedding photographer and he asked me to come along and assist him for his friends wedding. I gladly accepted because I love what I do. Although I NEVER plan on becoming a wedding photographer because of how much pressure there is, I absolutely loved assisting. It was a fun few hours and it challenged me to be creative in different ways. So thank you Vince for the opportunity and I look forward to working with you in the future. Congrats to Dan and Tracy as well.
